Why Work at BCP Resources
BCP Resources is a lean, fast-moving team in the heart of Midland, Texas. We're not a massive corporation — every person on our team makes a direct impact on the business and the communities we serve.
Our leadership team brings decades of experience from Pioneer Natural Resources, Blackbuck Resources, Marathon Oil, and Kinder Morgan. We invest in people who are eager to learn and grow alongside us.
We believe in developing legacy assets and long-term careers alike — giving motivated individuals the opportunity to build real expertise in West Texas oil and gas operations.
Our Culture & Values
What guides us day-to-day — and what we look for in the people we hire.
People First
We attract and leverage experience while developing and retaining the newer generation — investing in people and local in-person connections.
Innovation
We solve problems and reduce cost through creativity and optimization, partnering with advisors with deep expertise in the oil & gas business.
Community
Our leadership is deeply involved in the Midland community. We encourage and support employees to volunteer and give back.
