About BCP Resources

A family-owned oil and gas company specializing in exploration, acquisition, development, production, and investment of legacy Permian Basin assets — built on over 100 years of combined management experience.

How We Began

In the beginning, BCP Corporation started as a residential property management company that company owner Cindy ran from a home office. From there, banking relationships were established and when Barry, the other company owner, was leaving his full-time job, he asked the bank to finance 5 vertical wells.

They did — and BCP Resources, LLC was formed, with Barry using his oil and gas experience and expertise to purchase a field in Reagan & Upton counties. A small office was then utilized in one of the rentals — a small single-wide mobile home on some acreage the company owned.

One short year later, another acquisition was made in Winkler & Gaines counties. Office space was then leased in our current building consisting of over 4,000 square feet. We continue to evaluate new acquisitions focused on West Texas legacy vertical wells that still have life and are solid producing wells.

Our Mission

To responsibly acquire, develop, and operate legacy oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin — leveraging decades of technical expertise to generate top-tier returns for investors while building lasting partnerships with landowners and communities in West Texas.

Acquisition & Production

Our strategy centers on assets that large producers have overlooked — legacy vertical wells with untapped potential.

Exploration & Acquisition

We identify and acquire mature operating properties in West Texas not congruent with the shale development focus of large producers — unlocking value others overlook.

Development & Production

We utilize proven technical and hands-on field expertise to pursue secondary and tertiary recovery opportunities, driving production growth across our asset base.

Investment

We structure compelling investment opportunities for partners seeking direct exposure to Permian Basin oil and gas production — from $5M to over $100M.
